Mambo Earbuds

Not sure how everyone else is getting a positive experience out of these. It took ten minutes to pair them, because they kept shutting off. Once paired, I heard three sentences of the audiobook, and they shut off again. Now they shut off every two minutes, paired or not. They're very close to being in the trash.

They sounded great, but after a couple of months both of them did not work, and only played sound from the very bottom and not the speaker.

What I used them all of 10 minutes when I realized I didn’t hear anything in my left ear! I had lost it while I was snowblowing my driveway.

Pretty good at first but it's quality drops overtime. The audio is great, but it could do better with noise cancelling. It's quite annoying how it turns off randomly when I'm listening to music even though it's fully charged. It also randomly pauses at times. It feels quite weird and slightly uncomfortable while wearing it and takes some adjusting to comfortably wear it. Despite this it's a pretty good price for the audio quality with these earbuds. Wouldn't really recommend though.

They are ok not what I expected

I assume since Santana was endorsing these earbuds that they would sound great and be of good quality. However I was disappointed. I didn't even use the case once and the top has come off and I cannot get it back on. The earbuds sound is not great. that great. Very bad quality.

Well, they sounds is good, but is hard for me to get the air bums from the case. I have artritis in my fingers. So is very painful for me. …

Start off with positives: 1. Sound excellant for the price point. 2. Not Apple so doesn't pair automatically with my other devices. NEGATIVE: 1. For the geriatric, this device is a real challenge to get out of the charging case. No texture for grip on either case or buds, easy to drop.

I have complained since I received that one does not power on and have gotten nowhere 4 emails later and it still doesn’t work so I guess I would say beware!! Not worth any price if they don’t work

They're good for the price, the packaging is amazing but getting them in and out of the charging module is a pain in the ass!

It was too sensitive did not want connected to my apple phone. It continue saying power on power off, connected, disconnected it was horrible!! Not a happy customer. Turn around a give it to my sister maybe she can have a better luck than me. It’s sad I lost 30 bucks ☹️

The connection works well with Bluetooth, but the music has no base. Not good if you listen to Southern Rock, Blues

This the worst !!! Customer stay away

At first I thought being that Santana put his name on these ear buds that they would have some qualities associated. However, you get what you pay for. These buds cost approximately $30. Santana Mambo buds are the worst of the worst inexpensive buds on the market! Some of the issues I experienced on an everyday basis were: Low volume, every time you move your head they cut out, which is very annoying. Piece of junk! Don’t waste your money!

This is my second time I bought this earphones the first I listened to them until the battery didn’t charge anymore that’s why I bought this other earphones they sound good if this ones go I probably order them again

Why pay 100's of dollars for JBL or BOSE Earbuds when you can get Santana's for only $59.99 and a 15% discount upon payment online and received them I a timely manner for no extra charge! My new Mambo Earbuds sound awesome and hold a charge for several hours, love'em for sure. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a set from Santana!

 Real smooth, pretty good quality

Man I was so disappointed. I love Carlos and his music so I wanted to support him and his charity. However these earbuds are not good. Sound quality is a lot of bass unless you turn the volume all the way up. Otherwise any movement in your ear or head will stop/pause the sound. A month later one of the buds doesn’t work at all

They stay charged for so many days!!! You can wear just a single if you like. They are sooo comfortable and stay in, no matter what. I got the red color because it would be easier to find if I ever set it down and had to hunt for it. I have gotten other Santana products and have zero complaints. Santana has superior products period. You can’t go wrong with Santana!

The sound quality is okay for a low-end device; but, 1. The paired device is only 7 feet away, yet the Bluetooth crackles and shuts off and on; and, 2. When I remove them, I have to peel them out by digging my fingernail into the rubber ear cushion or they’ll come off in my ear.

I have used these black mambo ear buds three times now and each time the earbuds frequently lose their connectivity. I’m listening then they go out and no noise for a few seconds, then they come back on. I checked all iPhone connections and they’re all good. I took the iPhone out of my pocket and held it next to my ear for several minutes and there was no break in the music. I put the iPhone back in my front bit back pockets and they lost their connection for a few moments then came back. This is frustrating. This is the second pair of ear buds from Santana. The first was that they’d only lasted 45 minutes. Verified. Now the mambos have this connection problem. You would think that Carlos Santana would endorse a product of above average or higher quality. Maybe it’s because the cost is low? Who knows? I work outdoors around the house and jog in the neighborhood, this should not happen.

My third set! I love the sound and quality . Fits perfect in my helmet, or hats. I Highly recommend , great gifts as well.

Have a hard time keeping them in my ears, I put the smallest rubber tips on.

Play back time is too short, less than 3 & half hours fully charged. I would not recommend this item.

These are the worst ear buds i have ever purchased! They go in and out all the time and shutoff and then they start again! I am very disappointed!

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem with these earbuds for dropping calls. In the middle of a conversation, my call will drop. On more occasions, my call was dropped 5 times. I will be returning this product. A not satisfied customer.

Great sound clear and easy to connect to Bluetooth but hard for me to get out of case finger to big

They seen to be built nicely but they are difficult to get out of the case and the volume control is not really there. There is no bass and a TV could drown out the sound in the ear buds.

They are good for the money but not the best sound or comfort

Great item enjoy them alot

Wow, the sound is fantastic, and for the price it is exceptional. Only issue is getting the earbuds in and out of the charging case. Very frustrating, to get them out I have to act like they are a couple pieces of candy stuck to the bottom of the box. When the do come out, I love them.

These Mambo earbuds are AWESOME! The sound is incredible, especially for the price. Really enjoy the smooth, deep bass and the crisp treble. The only hesitation I have about putting 5 stars on this review is that getting the buds in the case can be challenging, but getting them out is even more challenging. If this was to be fixed, I’d shout from the rooftops that everyone needs them. As for now, other than that one issue, I’m very happy with them and ultimately glad I made the purchase.

Headphones working well, good sound. My issue is with the case, the lid already broke. Almost seemed like the red earbuds were returns because there was no plastic around case like there was on black pair I ordered. And while taking pods out of case is when lid came off pin was bent barely on

My Santana earbuds sound good and stay in pretty good, but they dont stay charged very long. I have to switch ears every few hours. Disappointed in the play time.

Good sounding ear buds, clear highs and mid-range. The bass is tight, not boomy. The ear pieces fit ok, but not as well as I like. I do have some difficulty adjusting the volume and pause -start control. Overall a good sounding ear piece for the $.

I love them to listen to music, but to talk with them......they're to low volume and there's no way to turn them up, even turning up the volume on my phone doesn't help. They're great for music.

I was leery of buying ear buds at this price, even with Carlos Santana’s name attached to them. But I have been wonderfully surprised by the sound quality. Excellent bass tones, nice clear high range. I’d enthusiastically recommend these earbuds; not only getting a great product but helping to support a great project as well.
